Initial ideas

There is lots of short term gratification in drinking alcohol.

Here is what one person was mentioning:

Here are some initial conclusions

Gratification and pleasure
This is the first element which is very strong - alcohol does bring pleasure and whole lot of positive effects - It means that alcohol by itself is quite positive - It's a powerful tool to access pleasure, peace and so on - If it wasn't for the side negative physical effects there would be no problem with it - Of course, the negative psychological effects are there as well but those ones were not touched upon yet.
The point though is that with so many positives you need a really good reason to give it up.

Shamanic practice
Alcohol is a shamanic practice in essence, same as smoking or taking other substances. Originally taking some alcohol can be associated with accessing the spirit world, removing inhibitions, etc.
Pressure from family and friends
This is a strong element - Everyone says I should stop - This is why the motivation element is not strong enough yet - it feels that the pressure is outside - The drive to keep drinking is still stronger because of the gratification factors - Pressure from family and friends can as well trigger a competitive response simply to prove to everyone that you decide and you are in charge - So alcohol consumption can be a rebel response aimed at opposing authority and freeing yourself from it

Guilt!

This goes together with pressure from people around - it triggers as well a feeling of lack of power and authority over your own life

Substitution
The real solution is to ad new pleasure and gratification sources - This new sources of energy eventually replace the need for alcohol - substitution is a way more effective strategy than suppression

Suppression tactics
Why suppression tactics are not too effective? because the quest for pleasure and gratification is still there. The desire to experience pleasure is strong! There is nothing wrong with this desire! On the contrary! It is part of human nature! The set of biochemicals triggered in the brain and body feed a certain biological need. It is natural and healthy to respond to that call.
Respect these needs and honor them rather than denying them! It's essential to acknowledge the need to experience pleasure and gratification!

Coaching strategy + Battle plan
This is the next big step to identify clearly!! Right now, I am offered phone coaching as an access point - this step will naturally and powerfully unfold in the sessions.

So far in the coaching strategy we did a few things...

Acknowledge the pleasure and gratification of drinking a glass of wine

Acknowledge and describe exactly the beauty, power and benefits of drinking - we are not denying them - on the contrary, we are validating the drinking experience and accepting it as a beautiful thing.

We are as well clearly describing the side effects.

Describe the side effects and negative impact of drinking

We do that by checking the health impact, mind impact and describing these impacts

Set up a small affordable target and start practicing it

This could mean cutting alcohol by half or drinking only in the evenings, etc.

Access the beauty space, healing energy, grace or bliss, peace 

we did that through a very simple hypnotic or meditative experience using a simple breathing technique

Giving up?

After a couple of sessions the person might just give up - This usually happens as soon as new energy starts kicking in - giving up is a client's way to protect themselves from a new energetic input that feels uncomfortable.

bliss, energy, shift, destruction of an addiction are all challenging and often uncomfortable shifts that trigger the brain and body.

the response to this new energetic input can be retreating to the cave of past habits even if those habits are self destructive or addictive.

 This is what often happens with diet shifts, training or kicking out a bad or addictive behavior.

What's the best response when someone is giving up? in may case my response s no pressure - that's part of my code of ethics - Is there something else I should be trying, more challenge? to be followed

Alcohol is coping strategy to numb emotional pain or pressure

In other terms it is an escape strategy.

It is a coping strategy.

When we say escape, many people might hear something negative.

That's not what I feel.

It is often a person's best shot at dealing with pressure.

If that person had other possible tactics, maybe they would use them but very often alcohol will be the main coping tactic.

Imagine you come back from work.

Your mind is invaded with worries and anxieties related with professional pressure.

What do you do if you want to relax and stop your mind from racing?

That's when alcohol often comes in.

What if you had traumatic experiences and want to stop feeling the emotional pain.

Again, alcohol will be a possible coping strategy.

Access the spirit world

Alcohol is a shamanic practice in essence.

If you track back the use of alcohol it is a tribal practice that gives you access to the spirit world.

Drinking wine to feel connected

Drinking wine to feel connected. You heard of that one, right?

Let's go and have a drink! This is what people often say when they want to connect or want to get excited.

Wine, beer, coffee! all drug like substances that often aim at the same thing: wanting to feel connected.

The question is does it work?

Of course if works, otherwise people would not use it.

Alcohol to dissolve social inhibitions

Imagine you go to a social event. You are shy. You don't feel comfortable with engaging in conversations.

You drink a couple of glasses of wine, you relax, your light social anxiety dissolves and you start having a good time.

Why not use it?

Am I saying that alcohol is good?

It is neither good or bad by itself.

It depends on how you use it and how much of it you consume.

It is a tactic!

What are the alternatives to alcohol?

You have dozens of alcohol substitution tactics.

For instance you can use a breathing technique to deal with emotional pressure or pain. This breathing technique will be a release approach.

You can connect with people using dance or movement rather than a drink.

Or you can drink a green juice together to feel a deep energetic connection with someone

I hear you!

Cold water is life force hitting you and this impact is uncomfortable. It destroys disturbances, fears, traumas in your energy body.

This is why you resist it. Because part of you is holding to old patterns because these patterns are your comfort zone.

In other words, you resist change.

If going straight from cold to warm or the other way round is challenging, do it progressively.

Start with a warmth that is comfortable and start adding cold until you hit this point of slight discomfort.

Stay there for a few seconds and go back to warmer.

Play with this exact point and stretch that point every day. Go a little further every day.

This means that you ad more cold as days pass by.

Another way to do it is to project cold water only on some parts of the body like arms, legs or neck, get used to it and progressively put more of the body under the cold stream.

If only your arms can take it, that's ok.

If it's only your feet, that's ok too!

Simply keep stretching this comfort limit a tiny bit further every day.

No objection! Just do it!

CHAKRA ACTIVATION

LIVE FOOD + LOW CALORIE INTAKE

In the last year, something really powerful started happening to me.

The feeling of clarification in my body has been multiplied.

Feeling of physical lightness is now with me all the time.

One of the core nutrition strategies I started implementing is morning green drink made of blended lemon, ginger, fresh herbs and apple as basic recipe.

Depending on the situation and ingredients available, I have been often chewing directly on fresh herbs or biting in a pealed lemon.

I might have as well a couple of bananas or even only fruit if that's all I have available.

What's essential is that I have been drinking lots of liquids in the morning, around 1 to 2 liters.

I feel that these green drinks have been deeply detoxifying my digestive track and clearing my body from toxins.

This is a feeling, not a scientific fact. I simply noticed a newly multiplied clarity and attribute this to the clearing of my body from toxins on a very deep level.

I feel as well that my digestive processes are clear and optimized.

What's impressive is the fact that I am not overtraining. I kept the same training routine over the last couple years. light yoga in the morning about 30 min, 5 min energy breaks 2 to 3 times / day + 1 hour training / day in the evening.

The week end comes and I still train a bit but in a very relaxed way, no limits pushing.

The increased lightness in my body and mind feels like a shift or a threshold attained in my body over the last year.

In the last few months, I started testing a new strategy: lowering my calorie intake, smaller and lighter meals, only fruit for hours, etc.

This triggers even further clarity!

I call this strategy "light fasting".

I feel that my body needs less food to sustain itself.

This makes total sense of course if my digestive track is clear and my body is toxin free.

This means that the digestion of food is optimized and way more of the nutritious value of what I eat is digested and benefits my body.

Something else that started emerging is that junk food like cookies or carbs like pasta or rice are no longer even seen as food.

My taste buds and emotional associations have deeply shifted and when I see a type of food, feelings and impressions associated with eating that type of food rise in my mind.

I feel live foods like salads and fresh fruit totally appealing.

This lightness and freshness attained through light fasting is incredible and similar to the juiciest mystical experiences I have through meditation and energy techniques.

As I move forward I developed new techniques to discipline my mind and body even further so that I can dive deeper in these light fasting strategies.

My goal is to create a light fasting system that really works for me while optimizing my body and mind.

I keep training and actively creating!

I am not retreating in some energetic limbo, on the contrary.

If I notice a drop in my body's optimization or energy level, I do something about it straight away by tapping in the core ingredients I have available.

I look forward to tap even deeper in these essential energy strategies!

2 major elements started manifesting in this last year.

the first one is the ongoing use of fresh herbs and super foods like spirulina, maca, etc.

The second one is the lowering of my calorie intake, which led to being in better shape and having higher energy!

I feel that my body easily sustains itself at an optimized place 90-95% optimization.

what could still raise my body's optimization score?

A bit more discipline with training or cutting even more on what animal products are left.

I still have a bit of yoghurt pr cheese and occasional rare fish or chicken when other options are not easily available.

It's all about fine tuning now.

And I can see an easy way to go further that requires very little effort.

What I noticed as well is that my level of internal discipline git higher in the last few months.

Food that are poor in nutrition, processed and most cooked foods appeal to me less and less.

This might not be ALL of the chemicals involved in sex (including orgasm) and love/romance, as well chemicals released in semen during ejaculation (some of which absorb into the woman's body and enter the bloodstream) but it's some of them at least. Dopamine, oxytocin, vasopressin, phenylethylamine, adrenaline, endorphins (including enkephalins), serotonin, norepinephrine, prolactin, testosterone, estrogen (comes in 3 forms), progesterone, corticosterone (not sure about this one), nitric oxide (NO), pheremones, neutrophins, luteinizing hormone, androstenedione (precursor to male and female sex hormones), Tyrosine (precursor to dopamine and norepinephrine), pheromones (some mentioned such as testosterone), follicle stimulating hormone, cortisol, prostaglandins, thyrotropin-releasing hormones, melatonin, relaxin, cytokines, placental proteins, including human chorionic gonadotrophin (hcg) and human placental lactogen are all involved. I left out some sex hormones. You can search wikipedia for a list of those (some are above, some aren't), Sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) binds to some sex hormones, rendering them unusable. :( Not much of a fun thing is it (SHBG)?

Anyway, I wrote a big thing in response to this, but I can't post it all. It's too long. If you want more info. on these things ask and I'll post it. I tell you what, I'll post a bit, anyway, just because, otherwise, it's boring.

Some of the major ones are dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, vasopressin, phenylethylamine, adrenaline, endorphins (including enkephalins), norepinephrine, testosterone and estrogen. I won't be as detailed as I was when I first tried to write a reply because it was SO long, but here are some little tidbits.

Dopamine is a neurotransmiter that deals with pleasurable feelings and leaves you feeling blissful. It's also associated with the reward centers of the brain. It is also associated with craving, desire, motivation, goal oriented behavior, attentive focus, and addiction. It's also involved with sexual desire, as well. So it makes you feel blissful around a person, attracted to them, and a bit addicted to them. Just seeing a photo of your new love could cause a surge in dopamine related brain activity.

Serotonin goes down during new, passionate love. People in the attraction stage of love have serotonin levels similar to people with obsessive compulsive disorder which might explain why some new lovers obsess over one another. Serotonin is released during orgasm, however, which could have an anti-depressant affect on people, leaving them happier, more optimistic, and more satisfied after sex.

Oxytocin is a bonding hormone, and so is vasopressin. Oxytocin causes people to form bonds and long term attachments. It also causes affectionate feelings for another person, increases trust, makes you see people in a more positive light, etc. On a more sexual note, it helps with contractions which are involved in orgasm, helps stimulate the prostate, and helps increase never sensitivity, so it might be responsible for more, easier, or/and better orgasms. Oxytocin is also released during orgasm, possibly causing lovers to bond more. Women have higher baseline levels of oxytocin, have more oxytocin receptors in their brains, I believe they release more during sex, and to they have higher estrogen levels- that is relevant because oxytocin needs estrogen to work, so it might work better with more estrogen. Eye gazing, cuddling, touching in general, sex and orgasm all make oxytocin go up. In men, kissing also elevates it. Vasopressin and oxytocin are in both genders, but it is believed that oxytocin might have greater affects in women and vasopressin in men. Men also release vasopressin during orgasm. Vasopressin is related to monogamy, pair bonding, and attachment in non-human animals and is believed to have a similar function in humans.

Phenylethylamine has an anti-depressant affect and helps in the release of norepinephrine and dopamine, other love related hormones. It can increase heart rate and blood flow, and as a result of the latter, possibly sexual arousal and pleasure. Eye contact can increase it, causing pupil dilation, when you see something that appeals to you. It is sometimes a sign of attraction.

Adrenaline makes you feel excited/exhilerated, and even nervous. It's the flight or fight response. In the early stages of fallin in love, your body's stress response kicks it up a bit, increasing blood levels of adrenaline and the stress hormone, cortisol. This might be somewhat responsible for the racing heart, and the butterflies in your stomach feeling of falling in love. Adrenaline also causes pupil dilation, increased heart and breath rate, and a decrease in hunger. Thanks to the increased heart rate and dilated arteries that come with adrenaline boosts, you get increased blood flow to your muscles, which is a plus during sex. Along with love, anger, fear, exercise (including sex) and other mental/physical stress can increase adrenaline. During sex, extra adrenaline is released from the adrenal glands. Adrenaline is one chemical responsible for the recovery period men need after sex before most of them can have another orgasm, according to an article I read on askmen.com. Another such chemical is prolactin.

Endorphins are feel good chemicals produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus. They are natural pain killers and lower stress. They induce a general sense of well being, cause feelings of euphoria, and relaxation, etc. Some also increase confidence. Not only is it love related, it is released during orgasm. Laugher, physical contact, pain, exercise, excitement, eating spicy foods, and consuming chocolate can increase endorphin levels. They can be addictive and have a structure similar to morphine, but they're safe. Enkephalins are a type of endorphin. They bind to the body's opiod receptors. They might help out with orgasms, decrease anxiety, and also be a partial contributor to after sex feelings of sleepiness. Some believe they might help immune function. They are released in male semen and might absorb through vaginal walls.

Norepinephrine- Like adrenaline, this produces excitement and racing heart. It can make you feel infatuated and I think, focused on someone. High levels of dopamine are also associated with norepinephrine.

Testosterone- Male sex hormone, found in both genders, but to a much larger degree in males, though I believe women are more sensitive to lower levels of it. It has multiple purposes, but to name a couple, it is a big factor in both male and female sexual desire, and helps with clitoral engorgement and penile erections.

Estrogen- A female sex hormone found in both genders, but to a much larger degree in women of reproductive age. It helps the fertility cycle, helps with female lubrication (important for general and sexual comfort, as well as increases the pleasure of sex among other things), thickening of vaginal walls (also good for sexual pleasure), etc. And as I said earlier, it's needed for oxytocin to work as a bonding agent. :)

USE HORMONE NAMES TO TRIGGER KEY BIOCHEMICAL STATES IN US

This is a wild potential that I see emerging very fast.

I am researching the after sex effect (refractory period) right now and its neurological biochemical models.

Here is my experience.

A few years ago I decided to consciously ejaculate while having sex but also focused on not losing energy in the process.

This means that I sent an intention out.

I focused on it.

I meditated on it.

It worked for 3 days.

I have the feeling that through clear intention I programmed my body to either not lose the energy or activate other energy sources so that there is no energy drop after sex.

The energy was sustained for 3 days without strong refractory period the way I usually experienced it.

After 3 days, the usual refractory symptoms kicked in the way they usually do 3 days after ejaculation.

These are slightly lower energy and inspiration, slight feeling of disconnection from my spirit and life vision, lower sexual drive and overall lower energy in my body and mind.

I feel that I consciously programmed my mind through actively communicating with the forces that regulate biochemistry in  my body.

My intention created a different outcome.

Right now as I am typing these words, I feel that the forces that sponsored that experience are listening.

That's what I call the galactic grid.

A few minutes ago, I just had this download, sudden idea that we can use the hormones names as codes to direct very specific biochemical states inside of us.

It is like ordering a certain energy state by using the associated hormones names.

Yes, I believe that this is where our power is right now.

I use mantras all the time to trigger certain energy states.

It works wonders for me.

I use about 50 life powers right now, which are mantras, to activate key aspects of my life

Until about a year ago, I was mainly using sanskrit words and expressions for these life powers.

In the last few months, I started activating words I created, westernized terms that become personal codes for these qualities.

Today a  new possible stage just got unveiled to me which is using hormone's names to activate very specific mind states.

Why would it work?

Because the ability to influence our biochemistry is already inside of us.

The power to use these abilities hasn't been activated or trained in human consciousness yet.

The activation of our star body, galactivation or merging of our energies with the galactic grid opens these new powers, these new pathways of activity inside of us.

I believe that this is what is happening right now.

Here are some possible examples:

ADRENALINA - EnergyOXITOSINA - DOPAMINA - Arousal / ExcitementPROLACTINA - Peace
It's something I have to test, see how my brain responds to these codes.

Remember that as with any mantra, the word becomes a stimulator of that specific state.

In my experience it takes a few weeks for this code and stimulation pathway to be fully activated in you.

That's what I noticed with other mantras.

They are like a muscle or a specific ability that you train.

The mantra is a code that activates that specific quality in you.

So, with these hormone names, if I use these words repeatedly for a month, I will train my body, energy and mind to create these states through the use of these hormone names.

These names become my activation codes.

This is an experiment.

I will feel into it and see how my being responds to them.

That's the wild idea that just emerged today.

If you approach this in a more mystical way, you can see a hormone as an energy field, an intelligent activated space that you can tap into or call by using that name.

Am I losing you now?

It's the same idea behind the use of ayuhuasca or mushrooms.

Shamans talk about medicine right.

They say things like "She will come to you"

People on acid are using similar associations as if the substance they take is an actual being, spirit or energy field.

I like that way of relating to hormones.

Instead of looking at them as simple biochemical objects, look at them as intelligent energy fields that can actually respond to your call and are activated in you when your body secretes them.

You can even use expressions like "adrenalina spirit" or "adrenalina goddess".

I like that!!!

I am a bit of a fool and my job is to experiment with pathways and energies, see how they respond to us.

These are not final statements that I can prove in any way!

The world of energies and mysticism is not ruled by rational pathways but by instinct and intuition.

My instinct tells me there is something there!

The westernized words I have been using are modified versions of the original terms so that we don't go back to the existing neuro pathways associated with these qualities.

For instance instead of the word HAPPINESS, I might go for HAPINESA or APINESA which becomes my code word for that specific quality.

I might as well use the latin word as a code.

Latin terms seem to resonate deeply in me as well.

The term for HAPPINESS in latin is FELICITAS.

I usually select a few possible terms to use as my code for that quality.

within a few minutes, hours of even days, one of these words start resonating in me or appearing as the code quality I want to use in the future.

I feel what term is the most energetically active inside of me, what word flows best.

This CODE SELECTION happens in direct collaboration with the GALACTIC GRID.

This means that I design these techniques under the direct guidance of the forces of the GALACTIC GRID.

AFTER SEX EFFECT - NEUROLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL MODELS

Male control of ejaculation

Many Taoist practitioners link the loss of ejaculatory fluids to the loss of vital life force: where excessive fluid loss results in premature aging, disease, and general fatigue. While some Taoists contend that one should never ejaculate, others provide a specific formula to determine the maximum amount of regular ejaculations in order to maintain health.[4] The general idea is to limit the loss of fluids as much as possible to the level of your desired practice. As these sexual practices were passed down over the centuries, some practitioners have given less importance to the limiting of ejaculation. Nevertheless, the "retention of the semen" is one of the foundational tenets of Taoist sexual practice.[5]

There are different methods to control ejaculation prescribed by the Taoists. In order to avoid ejaculation, the man could do one of two things. He could pull out immediately before orgasm, a method which Joseph Needham termed "coitus conservatus".[6] The second method involved the man applying pressure on perineum, thus retaining the sperm. While, if done incorrectly can cause a retrograde ejaculation, the Taoists believed that the jing traveled up into the head and "nourished the brain."[7] This method is referred to by some Taoist scholars as "The Million Dollar Point" (reference Mantak Chia), regarding it as either a cheap lesson for income or a backup method, believing that it somehow lessened the loss of "jing" from a full ejaculation. Some modern teachers have come to the conclusion that the method should not be used because of potential dangers.[8] Another method involves the Taoist to train himself to separate the impulses of ejaculation and orgasmic contraction (the contraction of the pelvic muscles that "pump" the prostate and the ejaculate). By separating these impulses, at the point of orgasm, the man can halt penetration but remain inside his partner, and forcibly clench his pelvic floor ("stunting" the initial prostate contractions), while simultaneously adopting a meditation like "intention" that these Taoists believe redirect not the physical sperm, but the life energy (jing) it contains up the back and to the center of the brain. This way the man will still have an orgasm, but will not ejaculate, and most importantly will not lose his erection. This formula prescribes the man to climb a "ladder" of escalating orgasms in conjunction with the meditation like "intention", in order to cultivate and store massive amounts of "jing". If performed successfully the male should have no stagnating pain in the testes, and should have no semen in his urine, as well as the health benefits expected by practitioners [1]. Those that practice this method believe that it is one of the keys to immortality.

WHERE DO SEXUAL SHAME AND GUILT COME FROM?

Here is what I believe

a few thousand years ago, sex was very free and open.

Most of the shame and guilt we experience today didn't exist.

We were very sexually active because there were little restrictions.

It was happening in and out of marriage.

It was happening from a young age too.

The trouble was that it was a bit of a mess.

Many children being born that society could support.

Tensions! Conflicts! Jealousy!

Suddenly an order came in

"You shall not commit adultery"

Why?

Because it creates too much trouble in society!

It is through this type of social and religious impulses that sex suddenly became regulated, directed, stopped.

It was not yet shameful, shame came after.

But it was against the law of god.

That's just an example and I believe that this impulse came from many sources.

on the other hand, if semen is preserved and sexual activation is practiced over some days, the link to the spirit is massively activated and my whole being enters into a profound state of trance and bliss!

so, as a conclusion, sexual energy has the power to take you all the way to a total state of yoga, unity, mystical union, the divine or take you as well down to depths of low energy.

I remember for instance the last times I consciously ejaculated years ago to stay on a high spiritually for a few days and feeling a depletion only after 3 days.

This means that something flows in your being that was not there before.

You know that an orgasm can be the exact birth of a new life.

As a man you can orgasm without ejaculation but they are often synchronized.

If the man and woman orgasm at the same time and this becomes the exact moment in which semen is released in the woman's vagina, a new life, a new human being is potentially created at this exact moment.

could be a bit limiting as there is prob so much more involved than a set of contractions!
